The intention of education in our culture is to learn to be solution oriented. yet this puts our focus on problems. So how do you turn on your Success Switch?
Why do I say that? Well look around and what do I see?
Millions of internet searches a day for anything related to riches, inner peace, and The Law of Attraction. Best-sellers related to a zillion aspects of fullfillment.
Well, any tv ad will tell you what you lack, right now. It is a form of hypnosis.
Aside from that, if we have attracted what we got, and it isn't what we want.....we all know now, we have to change our focus.
So it seems like we have done the opposite for a long time - did we become problem focused so we could excel in solving problems? We didn't separate the academic side of this with the "real life" version. We were rewarded in many ways for being problem solvers. That kind of includes perpetuating problems. We did the opposite of what we needed to do to fulfill our dreams.
Not everyone, of course. But there are those million searches, million best-sellers. To get our solution-focus from someone else.
We don't need to be perfect. We just need to be solution oriented, appreciate ourselves for doing so, and so engage with the Law of Attraction as much as we can.
All the best!

7 Highly Effective Habits for Stress Releasing
Updated June 2016
7 highly effective habits of stress releasing are outlined below. You as an individual can consider them and customize them to your own daily regimens.
If your goal is to improve your career, succeed at putting money in the bank, feel happier, and effectively use The Law of Attraction, this article may help you organize yourself and become more efficient emotionally and mentally. These 7 effective habits will attract the life you want, by you having your mind power work FOR you instead of against you.
The Money Beyond Belief Brad Yates tapping materials really cut to the chase. Stated simply, you have two feelings - you may feel good and you may feel bad. There many feelings in between good and bad, or happy and sad.
So let's get to work getting rid of those negative emotions and moving ypou on over to the positive ones!
Dr. Joseph Mercola validates Emotional Freedom Technique tapping, and cites studies: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/12/26/emotional-freedom-technique.aspx
"There are a number of recent studies that show positive effects of EFT in depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and food cravings." -
Serina Deen, M.D., MPH
Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, University of California, San Francisco
http://www.eft2heal.com/eft-scientific-evidence.shtml authored by San Diego Therapist Susannah Muller reveals even more information confirming the therapeutic use of the tapping method.
Sad or uplifted - 2 different vibrations, each attracting more of the same. If you have stressful thoughts that cascade like a runaway train, you need a method to switch tracks.
Number 1: Learn the simple EFT tapping pattern around your face and upper body. The sooner you employ this, the less stress chemicals will be flooding your bloodstream and brain, and the faster you'll recover your good feelings.
Number 2: Make a list in a journal or on your electronic device of the feelings, triggers, moods, and habits you would like to change, particularly in relation to money. Note also that issues about money are related to:
- Your general feeling of well being, or lack of
- Your level of pessimism vs optimism
- Your physical energy
- Your sex drive
- How well you sleep vs insomnia
- How well you adapt to change or new challenges
Number 3: Write the primary feeling that you are aware of that spoils your optimism, onto an index card so you can carry it with you.
Number 4: Get a plan for first thing in the morning. You can decide exactly when you will tap after you get up. Or, before you get up.
This tapping technique is more than a focusing tool to get your mind off your early stressful thoughts. The practice of EFT gradually affects your nervous system and your responses to life events. Tap for a few minutes every morning, to make it a habit.
Number 5: Develop the scenario of your desired outcome in life. Be it home, partner, finances, get the overall picture and express it to yourself, emphasizing how it feels deep inside.
Maybe at first you'll be just imagining that, or feel like you're faking it. Don't worry, and don't force it. Just note to yourself that it's a good feeling to have.

You may be surprised to feel a surge of good feelings out of the blue once you start tapping regularly. Your cup is filling up...
Number 6: Find one or two times during the day when you can repeat your tapping routine. Even if a wash room stall is the only place you have, take advantage of a minute or two for a tap.
Number 7: Journaling is a great way to reinforce your progress. Even sparse notes are valuable, when you look back a year later and realize "wow - that's so ancient history!"
Number 7A: I'm just going to sneak this in here. Exercise! We are made to move and stress ourselves a little physically, every day.
You know you can't park your car for a few months without something needing a tune up. What about your body?
If you have physical problems, consult your doctor. If you're out of shape start with something gentle that you enjoy. Begin with a little of whatever makes you feel good - walking, yoga, weight resistance.
Biochemically, exercise is necessary to release endorphins, your feel-good chemicals. Not to mention the cascade of other healthy cellular events exercise triggers.
Money Beyond Belief training offers a unique streamlined approach. It has been popular for years and I continue to recommend it. Don't wait to check it out!

Money Beyond Belief and Changing Negative Attitudes
Easier said than done, but still easy to do. That's the good news.
And there is no bad news!
Most spirituality information written in the past twenty years or so includes the ideas related to prosperity, which includes but is not exclusive to getting money in the bank.
The real idea of creating your own reality (income, spiritual frame of mind, social status etc.,) started thousands of years ago but came to the west and was published by the early Science of Mind writers. It culminated with Ernest Holmes' "Science of Mind". Thoughts are things and much, much more.
Whatever you are working on as a career builder, rather than just a job, be it internet marketing or something else related to home business, you may want to do more and faster. The pace of the world right now is mind-boggling.
"Money Beyond Belief" by Brad Yates, provides an easy, quick-to-learn, method of changing negative attitudes. While money is a great eye-catcher in a product title, he tells you that this is spirituality information. Is it abstract, way out there? No, it is as close as your hand held in front of you. Actually, It IS you.
This is a physical universe, right here, right now, energy process that will change your negative patterns. If you have any, regarding money. My guess is that if you have all the money and resulting lifestyle that you want, you are not reading this article right now. You are doing everything on your latest Wish List.
But since you are reading this, I wish to explain that (whisper) THERE IS A SHORTCUT and it (loud emphasis) is real.
I truly wish all of you success beyond your imagination. And sooner than later.
I have used this technique to contribute to the change in the 'negative pattern of our race consciousness'. Why not? I'll try anything, and I'll bet you will too.
My dream of having money is to put myself in the position I want to be so that I have a ****-load left over for philanthropy. I am truly grateful for my son, my family, my friends, my wonderful employers, my internet colleagues, and the great things in my culture, and I wish such comfort on all humans.
I hope you read my last blog entry "FREE Tip on Using The Law of Attraction" because, it's a free tip, it's not fluff, it's useful, and because the rest of the world needs US to be who we want to be. Because that is what is we are putting into the pattern of our race consciousness. Ourselves.
We all have moments we're not proud of, but the best thing we can do is use a good energy process to quickly get over ourselves. That's why I recommend "Money Beyond Belief". It's not really about money, but spirituality information.
Money is a reflection of us. It is not everything, but it is one of the reflections in The House of Mirrors that we live in here on Planet Earth. So to enforce our career builder efforts, our getting money in the bank, and the celebration of spirituality information, let's get to changing negative attitudes the easy way.

Money Beyond Belief - the Actual Outcome You Seek
I have a wonderful friend who has been practising the Law of Attraction for years, as that is not a new concept to anyone who has studied Science of Mind ( teaching the Law of Attraction since the late 19th C) , attended Bashar channelings, or the Abraham-Hicks materials. And many, many more teachers, channelers et al.
My friend Jeanne Hodges always reminds me "focus on the qualities you want in your life, the feeling of the outcome". She explains that the physical things we wish for may come with baggage and conditions, unbeknownst to us. However, the qualities we wish to experience and see in our daily life, will simply manifest with the correct accompanying physical conditions.
Money in the bank is a wonderful thing. May we all have it! To expedite our career builder projects, and to correctly use the Law of Attraction, we only need a few minutes a day.
Meditation, deep breathing, a brief sitting at the window to get a little more space, are ways to capture a few moments of peace and remember what we really want. Our state of mind is the basis of the quality of daily life .
A tool to clear our energies is given in Brad Yates' "Money Beyond Belief". It is based on traditional body wisdom and is useful when you are experiencing any negative feeling that is hanging around and getting in the way of your well-being or slowing down your daily production.
It is easy to learn and use. If you are fitting in the study of internet marketing after your job, (and laundry, bed-time stories, and more!) a stay-at-home parent, or a student wanting to earn while you get through school, "Money Beyond Belief" is an inexpensive time saver and a tool you will use all your life.
The focus of "Money Beyond Belief" as an energy tool really isn't money. It is about achieving the quality of daily life in all the aspects you wish to incorporate. It aids the use of the Law of Attraction because it saves you time and dispenses with unnecessary analysis.
Get clear on the feeling of your optimum existence. Feel it now. And now. And now. AAHhh...
Being spirits in a material world, yes, we need money. "Money Beyond Belief" will help you get all that you want, for very little money.
To find out more go here.
Best wishes for all your hopes and dreams.

Tapping Into a Positive-Beyond-Belief Attitude Every Day
Our point of power is in this moment. There is no other moment. Do you feel GREAT right now? Are you in an enthusiastic energy state, ready to 'just do it!'?
If not, if you are looking at a long to-do list, feeling grouchy about yesterday, worried about putting money in the bank, or getting discouraged with internet marketing, how many 'nows' are you going to need to turn that around?
That is, if you are going to turn it around. Without a lengthy course of psychotherapy, nutritional analysis, new vitamin program, or new fitness routine, how will you change that energy?
By the way, I heartily recommend fitness, nutritional analysis and good whole food supplements, but what are you going to do in the next couple of minutes to relieve anything less than a state of go-get-'em enthusiasm?
The brain/nervous system is a wonderful thing. The experts tell us "we don't know everything about how it works yet". And you and I probably know a nano-percentage of what they know.
However, there is one ancient tradition in the world that has led to some of the more exciting developments in western 'alternative' medicine.
You may picture a person laying on a table looking like a porcupine - needles sticking up in various spots, and if you haven't done this yourself, that may not seem like something you want to do. But let's move away from that, and think about the placement of those needles.
Those exact and tiny spots on the body are portals into our nervous system. Imagine an urban railway yard with hundreds of criss-crossing tracks, and constant movement.
The complex switching system keeps the yard alive and productive, getting the right railway cars separated here, joined there, and moved in and out of the place without any stuck movement or pile-ups.
That's a rustic analogy, but to keep it simple, our nervous system has its tracks and switches too.
Moods, emotions, and resultant physical conditions are all controlled by the switchers. Nutrients, water, chemicals, electromagnetic radiations, drugs, are all switchers.
You can feel good, you can feel bad. Emotions and physical conditions then become switchers themselves, modifying, making your state of being better, or worse.
But wait a minute! Where is the main switch box? Is it your brain? Your liver? They may play the biggest parts, but the main switcher is YOU.
Your consciousness, your awareness, the You that is conscious of your consciousness
and your awareness.
In "Money Beyond Belief" Brad Yates talks about tapping on points on the body to reverse a negative condition in the nervous system. It is just SO EASY.
It puts you back in the control tower! It changes what you are vibrating and transmitting to the universe, and what you are attracting.
In the time you took to read this article, you can tap into a wealth of goodness, of energy, of positive flow, any time. You can change your life every time you don't feel good, as you so wish, and use the law of attraction from an inspired and happy state of mind.
I think we should have FUN working on our internet marketing endeavors, our home businesses and our personal lives. In fact, "working on" becomes play when we are happy!
Tap into the Present, Now, and get into the stream of YOUR LIFE, with simplicity and ease. Cheers.

A Money Maker Attitude to Put Money in the Bank
Whether you are struggling to get ahead, or are as wealthy as Oprah, you probably have some unmet goals that somehow elude you.
Do you shudder and suppress fear when you think of your retirement income - that is, if you can consider retiring? After all, retiring is about income, not age. And the whole social security issue is pretty scary....
What exactly is that money-maker attitude that will put the money you need in the bank? How are you really feeling when you focus on what you want?
You may have seen the movie "The Secret" and learned about the law of attraction. It's very exciting. But where do you start applying "think positive and get the results"? What are all the related beliefs and patterns involved in that?
Brad Yates states in "Money Beyond Belief" that:
"Money is simply the visible manifestation of your internal beliefs about wealth and abundance. They're all part of the same "unified field," or system".
He explains how a tapping technique can be used to heal your negative emotional patterns with 9 simple taps, on spots on your body that are essentially, energy gateways. Brad's premise is that the lack of money in your life is simply a distortion in your energy field--that you can heal within minutes.
He believes you can release inner-conflicts around money and expects that you will feel an amazing, pleasurable surge of energy each time you do the technique.
Accordingly, you can attract countless money-making opportunities into your life and you won't be able to stop opportunities from coming in.
You will be able to tune your subconscious mind into a perpetual "wealth frequency" (which is always on and working!)
This process will then transform your relationship to money (so you're not stressed out about where the next paycheck is coming from). You would have a different default state of mind, a better resting place for when you are not deliberately focusing on what you want.
I've written quite a lot about "what you say (think, vibrate with) is what you get". This is a good way to leave behind the specific words and phrases (reflecting your true beliefs) that have been keeping you from being successful.
This tapping technique is a "do-it-yourself" healing system that you can practice anytime. Literally.
Click here for all the details. I recommend it for changing the long and winding road to a shorter and happier path.

Buddha's Birthday at The Gentle Barn
First, a short excerpt from my 2/16/07 post "WYSIWYG".
(And there is update below 08/25/2015).
"A few years ago my son did volunteer service at school, and he worked at an animal shelter called The Gentle Barn. A cow named Buddha was the intake counsellor for rescued animals. They arrived at the shelter overwhelmed, often not eating or sleeping well, certainly not playing. Buddha would sleep in the yard right next to the frightened newcomers, and over a few days the the animals typically recovered enough of their emotional balance to function again, even interacting with humans. Buddha was not trained to do this, she just did.
Somehow Buddha emanated to these animals "Everything is Okay." No words were exchanged, no subliminal phrases or positive affirmations were repeated. Pigs and turkeys alike were rehabilitated into enjoying a peaceful existence.
So if you are stressed and crazy, tearing your hair out at learning internet marketing strategies, DON'T HAVE A COW! Take a sleeping bag over to The Gentle Barn and have a slumber party with Buddha. Okay, so I'm kidding, but for all I know people do that.
And yeah, they will want you to shovel a little sh....doo-doo while you are there. The stuff of life."
Today I would like to add a clip re "Buddha's Birthday"! Greetings!
"Hi, I'm Buddha the cow and it's my turn to have the spotlight! Because it's my Birthday!!! Come celebrate with me on Sunday from 10am - 2pm at The Gentle Barn.
I know that you must already know me because of my picture in LIFE Magazine. Did you see the article Friday, April 13, 2007? What an amazing picture of me and some of my barnyard friends. We are still getting emails and calls from people who have read the article and we now have interest from 42 people wanting to start Gentle Barns across the country and one in Canada. If you missed it, you can check it out on the web site.
We are open to the public every Sunday for you to come see me and give me a big birthday hug and visit all of other animals. Our "Peace Enhancement program" is still growing, now up to 25 regular monthly groups, up from 22 last month and growing toward our goal of 40, during the week and we are always looking for volunteers to come and brush us and help care for us on Sundays." Go to http://www.thegentlebarn.com and select 'newsletter' to see Buddha's photo and read more Gentle Barn news clips.
Today, August 25 2015 I saw The Gentle barn on the news! it is their 16th anniversary and I'm so glad their story was covered. There is now a second Gentle Barn in Tennessee and hopes to have one in every state.

Healthy Office Space Workouts
Ever since I stopped teaching ballet full time and began working in an office space, I have been bothered by not having the time in most givens days to work out, or just move around, as much as I would like.
Then a few years ago Doris Bondi, a rehabilitation trainer, came into our office to work with a patient. The patient was elderly and weak, and yet in a few months of once-a-week training on a physio ball, this patient showed marked improvement in his muscular strength.
At the time I was living in a small apartment with no room to add exercise equipment. I started training with Doris, and added a ball to my home office space, simply by replacing the chair in front of my computer with a ball. What a difference that made to my daily exercise!
Firstly, the ball gives with every breath I take, so there is no pressure moving up my spine causing my back muscles to hold a position, resulting in tension. This is not a cardio-vascular workout, but will keep the body oxygenated with better circulation, far better than merely sitting.
Secondly, while reading on the computer, or waiting for a page to load, I exercise! (I soon became able to type while I am bouncing - just takes practise!) The simplest thing to do is to simply bounce gently, with both feet flat on the floor, placed either directly below your knees, or slightly in front of. This keeps you on balance and in control of the ball. And when I say bounce, I mean a movement like a fidget. This uses your stomach muscles ALL THE TIME. Isn't that wonderful?
Posture on the ball should be a 90 degree angle at the hips. Especially, the hips should not be lower than the knees. (If you have had a hip injury of any kind, the physio ball may aggravate joint inflammation from previous strain or scar tissue. You just have to try it and see. Of course, don't continue anything that hurts.) Balls come in several sizes, and the size in relation to your height would likely be written on the packaging. If not, find a brand that does supply this information.
There are several exercises you can do sitting on a physio ball in your business or home office space. Be warned, the ball can roll and dump you on the floor. You can purchase a hoop type of frame that the ball can sit in to confine its movement, or a round pan that allows a small amount of movement but will not allow the ball to roll. Putting a large book on the floor behind the ball also restricts rolling. Wrapping a rolled up towel around the hind curve of the ball achieves the same thing. Safety first!
You can experiment with using certain muscles by moving your weight slightly forward or back. If you roll the ball forward one inch or so, you'll feel the pressure of balancing go onto your quads, or thigh muscles. If you bounce gently in this position for a few minutes, you will be engaging those muscles.
If you bounce by moving your heels up and down, you will be exercising your calf muscles, and also the muscles around your ankles and under the sole of your foot. Caution: (dancers already know this) when you are lifting and lowering your heels, look down to see that you are not leaning the foot toward the big toe, or toward the little toe. This is called 'sickling the foot' (because you are making a shape like a sickle) and you want to keep the line of motion going up and down the center of your foot.
Want to tighten up your butt muscles? Relax the thighs and focus on squeezing your buttocks up and down. Bounce for a few minutes using only your butt muscles. This is mindless and easy to do. Done several times a day while you are reading or typing, is a lot different than just sitting there with your muscles in that spread position!
While doing these exercises, or by only sitting on the ball, all your abs, hips and leg muscles will be doing tiny movements to effect your balance, without any effort on your part.
Push that chair into a corner and get a physio ball, and turn your office space into a healthy space! If you are the boss in your office space, be a leader in health and fitness. You and your employees will benefit in invisible but healthy ways.
Breathing will be deeper and more oxygen will be going to the brain! Metabolism will stay gently stimulated. Muscles will be moving with no strain instead of gripping in positions leading to spasm and pain.
This is not dramatic but it is evolutionary. Think about what a truly comfortable and supportive office chair costs. Not a little! And not that everyone shouldn't have one. But a good quality physio ball costs under $35.00, and many come with a hoop or pan to prevent rolling. Some office supply stores even sell a chair with a ball in the frame.
Just remember that you are on something that can roll, set it up for safe use, and you will change what your body does all day, every day. Think about how many hours a year you sit on a chair!
Evolutionize your office space - and have a ball!

Office Space and How its Location Affects Productivity
Whether you are looking for office space rentals, or managing some, or are already working in one, you have your own reasons for liking the space - or not. What if you could do one enhancement, and like your space even better, like the job even better, and feel more well-being in general?
Rachel Kaplan, PhD, and husband Stephen Kaplan, a professor in both psychology and computer science, are leaders in research on what they refer to as "restorative environments". The results of their studies show that individuals who can see a portion of green nature, from their place of work, do better. So it appears that what one can see from one's desk, or one's window, really matters.
Terry A. Hartig, PhD, MPH, is another researcher who also concludes that nature helps people
recover from what he expresses as "normal psychological wear and tear".
In a research paper "The Surprising Connection to Green Play Settings" by Andrea Faber Taylor, and Frances E. Kuo, their introduction begins with the following statement:
"Attention Restoration Theory suggests that contact with nature supports attentional functioning, and a number of studies have found contact with everyday nature to be related to attention in adults."
So, back to office space, office rentals - and last but not least - your home office space - it seems that there could be a very simple way to enhance our environment to support our drive to produce and succeed, optimizing our energy and moods at the same time!
For example, if you have an office space at home or in a business building of offices, and you do not have a window (never mind the coveted "corner office") studies show that you would do well to add at least one attractive plant. It doesn't even have to be a real plant, but it should be where you can see it, and it should be worth looking at.
If you have a view of real greenery, appreciate it, notice it, drink in the scenery...but if not, you could add a wall calendar with gorgeous photos or paintings of nature, or an art print. Many offices provide some art work and plants because their managers and consultants have read these studies too. Then again, some don't.
If you have a window behind you with a view of tree tops or landscaping, put up a mirror wherever you can. Failing all else, you can put a tiny convex mirror on your computer monitor, the kind you get for your rear view mirrors.
Just turning around and taking a few deep breaths while you view the available greenery, is a very restorative quick break.
Speaking of breathing, I will digress shortly for a comment on real versus fake plants. There are volumes written on indoor air pollution - particularly relative to office space, though the same data is true for our homes. Many green indoor plants remove noxious fumes generated by everything that is in the typical office space - from the paint, the carpeting, the furniture, the machines - everything! Fresh air created by air purification machines is a bonus of course, but plants in your office space area do a tremendous job in cleaning the air.
Greenery in urban office spaces is important. In a home office, or corner of a room, (as that is what many of us have), we have direct control over what we look at - real greenery, or reasonable facsimiles.
It seems a simple way to add to our techniques of manifesting success - managing internet marketing means managing a lot of detail. Adding greenery would be one of the easier ones! So whether you sit in a huge office in an urban commercial office space, or you sit at the corner of your kitchen table, it matters. Everybody matters, you matter.

Is Affilliate Marketing A Career Builder For You?
As an affiliate marketer looking for a career builder, there is an overwhelming plethora of data.
Holly Mann's "Honest Riches" about affiliate marketing gives the best step-by-step instruction I've found yet. There are many MANY ebooks available, affordable, and useful out there, but everyone who can do cannot necessarily teach. Holly Mann can teach. As I have taught, myself, for over 20 years, I know that explaining the basics of a procedure can be painstaking. Knowing WHAT you did to get to step "whatever" is not an analytical process for many. I would have to say because Holly is so young, she's a natural, and she does not waste a minute of your time. No filler folks! And there are others too - hit the search engines and get ready for the deluge!
The "niche" product, the search engines - the affiliate marketer - go to your on line dictionary to get a real sense of the language that is new to you and THEN go back to what YOU are really interested in. What would your personal product be if you could snap your fingers and have it there, digitally ready to go? An ebook on music lyrics? An online dictionary on fly-fishing or ballet shoes? Car racing? What do you think about when you are day-dreaming? (Professionally speaking!) And could this interest/passion of yours put money in the bank?
Well, if your personal heart-felt energy is behind the subject, I'd say check it out! I'm not going to repeat what the gurus have written about internet marketing, but take the advice that is readily given, learn how to do a key word search relating to your chosen product and then take the path of least resistance.
Write an article about your beloved subject and submit it to a few on line ezines. (Holly even tells you the best ones). You can start with the one you're reading right now!
If you do decide that internet marketing can be a career builder for you, you will want to get used to writing about your topic. Just talk to people. You do not want to be academic about 'it' anyway, but personable and approachable. Just start communicating. No matter how learned and how expert you get it is YOUR VOICE and your enthusiasm that will sell your product, or someone else's product (assuming you do learn some basic internet marketing techniques).
So while you have a day job (or parental support) start exploring, get some professional info, and start talking to people, that is, writing articles on your favorite topic. Get those fingers tap dancing on the keys. If you are reading this, you are probably going to enjoy the process as much as the results.
It's the journey that counts. I didn't say that and I don't remember who did. But I think it is true.

The Ironic Poetry of 'It's A Deal or No Deal'
I'm not talking about used cars, or cars here, or the poetry of the Bentley or little Zip car.
I'm talking about how the universe makes a deal, or no deal.
Whichever way, the universe always says yes!
Just as the search engines use key words and phrases to MANIFEST, MATERIALIZE, and have your site (thoughts, contents, ideas, creations, your ESSENCE) SHOW UP, so does your intention, your creation machine, use the main words (ideas, frequencies) you are thinking or being, to search and place your reality into material form.
You place a thought, block of thought, concept, desire, worry, concern, dread, or terror into the empty field of mind, it's like typing your search words into the search engine search box. You hit 'enter' and that word or phrase is launched.
The universal units of motion crawl the holographic ALL THAT IS for matching energies, and during whatever time it takes, indexes and cross-indexes, and mixes and matches, and Lo!
A unit of your reality appears, your search result shows up.
It is a 'deal' or a 'no deal' according to whether you like this result or not. If you're on search engines, and you don't get what you want, you type in a variation of your phrase, a little more specific, getting the exact dictionary meaning in the words you use, and you try again.
All in a half a minute..... and you get a different result, or somewhat different.
But in your own creation machine, eyewwwww...what if you don't like what you get? What if some imagined worst case scenario manifests in real time and space and you spend a few days emotionally reacting, commiserating, blaming, wringing hands or "out damn spot' -ing. I've done it, you've done it! Well, there goes a few precious days between your first breath and your last! Oh woe, let's not think about that......
Is this one of those existential bad jokes? Is your life a mockery? Oy!
No, you have just proven that you have personal power and that you have a creation machine that does not miss the mark!
If you want to do that metaphysical search again, sit back and breathe for a few minutes. What do you really want? Why do business trainers, managers, spiritual gurus and reality kings tell you to make a wish list, set your goals, post stickies all over the place with your favorite inspirational quotes and treasured poetry?
It's to make your metaphysical search engine words and phrases more specific, to help you find what you want, not what you sorta want, or don't want.
Emotions are very hypnotic. I mean the hand-wringing ones. We all have them, and television and movie dramas are there to give you all the support you could ever imagine, and more.
One thing I especially like about Paul Scheele's meditations is that they take you way back from all of that, whether it's the Photo Reading topic or the Genius Code, or whatever. It's like a trip to the country, aahhh. Then there is the film "The Secret" which, after attentive viewing, is the best background noise you could have while chopping wood and carrying water. Play it for a month. As opposed to the news or some other distressing noise.
So to recap, give careful notice to what you are entering into the universal search field. Just mentally type in what you want, every morning as you are waking up. The search engines are vibrating and humming to YOUR tune, so get those happy music lyrics out, along with some inspirational quotes and poetry, add water, and stir!

WYSIWYG - What You SAY Is What You Get
WYSIWYG is a very familiar acronym in the internet world. It's the drag and drop method of creating things, and all that that entails.
The Universe has the same service, at your beck and call. Your favorite expressions, your instant response phrases, your favorite music lyrics that you sing absentmindedly, all drag forth ethereal responses and probable realities, and drop the most likely version into your life.
Floyd Holdman of Tahitian Noni International has a motivational lecture called "Speak and Grow Rich". It has several aspects to it, but emphasizes that the words we choose create our future.
Napoloean Hill wrote "Think and Grow Rich", one of the most famous motivational books ever written.
Currently there is an abundance of works such as the Abraham-Hicks material, Bashar channelings, Bruce Lipton's "The Biology of Belief", and Paul Scheele's of Learning Strategies' The Genius Code course, just to name a few, whose premise is to back peddle from thinking to consult the frequency you are vibrating and emanating into the oceanic field of creation. Your frequency will attract a like-frequency-manifestation into your life. So what you believe, you vibrate, you think, you say and YOU GET.
And it requires no particular articulation, it is what you are being, you are transmitting like a radio tower. It's going OUT THERE. So it seems.
Whether you are the worst case scenario type or an optimistic person, you can improve on what you are vibrating/thinking/speaking, by selecting whatever is the next tolerable, or almost realistic, idea of goodness, achievement, peace, your preference for improvement in your life. You may be able to make a huge leap into a vision of a whole new wonderful world. Or, you may be able to imagine only so far as 'things aren't quite so bad.' That's great, you made a move, you changed a little. Keep at it.
A few years ago my son did volunteer service -it was mandatory - at school, and he worked at an animal shelter called The Gentle Barn.
The stuff of life.

Your Inner Music Lyrics Put Money in the Bank
Many of us are creating an internet marketing business from home while working other jobs, or caring for children at home, at the same time. What is the quickest way to put money in the bank, doing all of this, while increasing our sense of well-being, without burnout?
Self-perception probably dictates the inner music lyrics we sing to ourself all day long. Self-talk is a topic that comes up in manifesting success strategies, and the idea that what we see when we look at the world, and what of the world is coming our way, is a reflection of our self-perception.
IS your self-talk music to your ears? Because if it's not good news, you need to change stations. Do you ever catch yourself thinking “wow, how will ever I ever find the time to keep up with these internet marketing strategies?” The switch can be in small degrees to something like “Somehow I WILL find time to keep up with this 'money in the bank' endeavor! Somehow!”
Kind of an aside, but today I was reading on digg.com and there was an audio up of a “Lost” episode with reverse tracking and a voice was repeating “Only fools are enslaved in space and time”. Creepy woo-woo-woo ambiance. Unless you are reading this from somewhere in the Pleiades, you are indeed in space and time (rumors are that the Pleiadians are not) but you are not necessarily enslaved here and now.
For one thing, now goes on forever so..... okay that's too big a topic for this article, but consider the ways you can manipulate time and space. Starting with the physical universe.
Unfortunately manipulating space usually means cleaning up. Yup, organize that clutter. You might not be singing “On a clear day you can see forever” yet, but hopefully you can see the other side of your desk. You can study feng shui, hire a professional, or just clean up. If you hate filing but are afraid to throw that pile of papers out, here's an idea. Every month start a new file. Throw everything in it that you haven't read, or haven't made a decision on. At the end of six months, go through them, get rid of everything you can, and then put the remainder into one file. Of course the more info you can just save in computer files, the better. But you need to de-cludge those too.
Time can seem a little trickier. According to quantum physics, there is none. So you have as much as anybody else has. But being in the time continuum, 24/7, is useful, does put money in the bank, and almost everything about time has inspired music lyrics throughout the ages. Maybe second to moon phases.
Two big issues related to having enough time:
nutrition, so you sleep well, enjoy exercising, feel optimistic, and adapt to changes;
boundaries, so others let you have some time to yourself, i.e., actually BE UNAVAILABLE predictably and consistently, to EVERYONE! And that means without guilt.
I will stop there because those 2 issues could get me writing a book.
I don't want to write a book today. I want to have happy inner music lyrics playing, and do things that put money in the bank.
I have to go now, and I hope you have time for a quiet walk, or some meditation, or at least a drive to the market with your cell phone turned off. Listen to some fabulous music lyrics, or just whistle a happy tune.
I think this will help you get enough done, stay effective toward putting more money in the bank, talk nicely to yourself, and relax a little more.
Two big issues related to having enough time:
nutrition, so you sleep well, enjoy exercising, feel optimistic, and adapt to changes;
boundaries, so others let you have some time to yourself, i.e., actually BE UNAVAILABLE predictably and consistently, to EVERYONE!

Optimizing the Key Success Factors in Your Work From Home Business
How do you roll your ideas of your own tedium chores, career objectives, good documentation practices, goal setting, measurements of progress, ploughing through books on achieving success, and everything else you can think of in this long list of THINGS..............into an easily accessible image containing your desired outcome with all the sensory input that tells your brain it is HERE AND NOW, right now?
Tricking your brain with your own nutritional chemicals and neurotransmitters is an art, I have learned - it's more than eating well and thinking well.
Though, eating well is a sub-career in and of itself, requiring self-education, which I believe is better than any of the going degreed courses in diet and nutrition simply because the internet is better than out-of-date textbooks and highly prejudiced institutionalized data. With enough research and time you can get the data needed to sift through your own mis-education and prejudices and go forth and consume wisely.
Getting the correct amino acids, vitamins and minerals, and good quality water and air into your body is a great start. Theoretically, our 50 trillion or so genius cells with their information highways far surpassing any real or imagined internet should have us in physical and mental bliss, thinking, organizing, and DOING anything that needs to be done at optimum levels every day.
Theoretically. If no repairs are backlogged, in the body and mind.
The mind can disrupt, sabotage and destroy! Forget the organization, education, nutrition, daily planner, fantastic computer and best internet connection!
But, then, remember the power and the glory of your existence as you want it to be. If you're playing the Bad Movie in your head, physically stop and take 3 slow, deep breaths. I mean literally stop, pull over if you're driving. Take a moment. Because now you are going to the projection room and you are going to change reels. Right now.
If you are speeding toward the Last Exit to Disaster you are now changing lanes.
If you have a highly sensitive nervous system this is not always easy. Sometimes you have to call a friend and get talked into it. Thank heavens for good friends.
There are many ebooks to read on work at home business success, the key factors in internet marketing strategies, and the wonderful software that provides the short cuts so we can function in the hours we have every day to keep our machine in motion.
But how is the mind that is taking it all in? And what is that mind putting out?
How are you? Know what I mean?
There are many wonderful self-help guides to learn from. How to think positively, how to imagine your outcomes better, how to nourish your brain so you CAN, and all that. And last but not least, how to take the moments needed to register how you are. Right now.
I think that optimizing your vision, optimizing your stolen moments to check into the how I AM Right Now, which really is what is your default vibration, and what does it match in the holographic world without end that will then condense into the scenery on your stage?
Just like you search for keywords and carefully write your ads, articles and site contents, so you can advertise to the universe with consciously chosen signals.
It is all related and it is ALL YOU. So take lots of credit for coming this far.

Envisioning the Best For Your Web Site Marketing Strategies
For years I've been studying the power of positive thinking. I won't start listing everything I've studied - and it has all helped. I started with "Think and Grow Rich" a few years ago. I was feeling glum and I saw the title from a streetcar window, on a heap of sale books outside a bookstore. I jumped off the streetcar and bought it for $.25. CDN. It helped move me forward.
In the meantime I kept up with the new and fashionable.
Then 10 days ago I found an older book, "The Power of Alpha Thinking" by Jess Stearn. This edition was printed in 1976.
With the mental overloading and rollercoaster ride of learning internet marketing, I needed some help to best use my 'down time', meaning the time I run away from my computer, screaming. I wanted to do something that would help me absorb all the new data quickly, and give me the courage to keep going!
I also found this book in a second hand store, but a few years having passed since my last thrifty purchase, it was double the price - $.50. US even.
I must say it has helped. I don't know if it is the specific techniques, my personality, or what. But my focus has sharpened, much of the distraction around me has been happily shelved as "background noise" and .....the next few weeks will tell.
The actual steps of the meditational technique were only partially divulged in the book, but you can guess where it is all found.

If you are so inclined, it is good stress handling and can go beyond that.
Just wanted to share....

Business Goals and Opportunities
If you are just beginning to learn about marketing on the internet , so that you can stay at home with the kids, or supplement the income from your day job, it can be overwhelming going into this learning curve. You can start by searching "internet marketing" and you'll be deluged with sites and ads. And there will be a lot of opportunities for the "INSTANT AUTO-PILOT" type of business.
How do you get through all that data? How do you invest your time, money, energy and get the best results? Can you find a safe business with any guarantee of the outcome? There are obvious hypemasters with bright banners and hard-sell pages. It doesn't hurt to subscribe to a list offering a newsletter, free course or report, because you can always unsubscribe. Your patience and perseverance will be needed, in reading and sifting through all the information that can be accessed.
A really excellent business guide that will save you a lot of headaches in learning internet marketing is by Holly Mann. It's not expensive, it's loaded with information, and it is well organized in describing different approaches to making money. You can check it out at this link - http://www.linkbrander.com/go/28408

Communication and Connection On the Internet
I heard from someone I haven't seen for many years in a comment. Hi! Wonderful to hear from you. I love the internet because over the past few years I've found people I taught, I hear from them, I get to see where they're working, dancing, directing and all of that. From York University and the National Ballet School too. I've also found people who taught me... still being brilliant in their new places of work...
Thanks for leaving that message M. I am thrilled to hear from you. Still accompanying dancers?

RetainingEnthusiasm and Removing the Barriers to Succeeding
A friend told me an interesting story about himself Monday morning. He is pursuing similar studies to my own, and also had started a blog. He e-mailed some friends, they read his posts and gave him warm and positive feedback.
The next day he had writers' block. In fact, he spent the whole weekend working on other projects, he found he had SO MUCH he had to do right then. He felt a lack of interest in writing anything. He felt emotionally removed from his recent enthusiasm and determination, to write once and maybe twice a day. This is a very disciplined person here. He was a little puzzled at his feelings, but kept too busy to think about it much.
After he got to work Monday morning, he had time to sit and think, and he reflected on the lapse of interest in his blog and article writing. He did an exercise I had learned from a Paul R. Scheele course, to feel what you are feeling and acknowledge it. This we often don't do, we keep a feeling hanging around in the background, in our mental waiting room. A faint anxiety may remain, because the message being presented by our feeling is being ignored.
My friend felt that he could not do much better than the writing he had recently done, and discovered that he was operating on a programmed idea that he should always improve upon the last thing he did. If it wasn't going to be better, then he could not proceed.
Having already put forth true effort to write good articles and posts, he just stopped.
This all came to him in a bubble of thought and popped silently, and the various components of the situation orbited around his mental sphere as he examined them. He suddenly remembered a few other projects he had abandoned in the same way, drifting away from them with the same loss of interest.
He felt very invigorated at viewing his syndrome. He now realizes that he doesn't have to follow the rule of improving EVERY time he writes, and that he will improve at a reasonable rate just because of the volume he is putting out.
He has now removed a barrier to his persistence toward success.
I have come to think that many feelings that are less than enthusiastic may be from some old program, and are to be dealt with only for the purpose of moving forward. No labeling is required, just acceptance of them, and observation. Then can come a decision as to whether they have any present relevance.
I am not talking about overwhelming post-traumatic emotion here. I am talking about writers' block and similar conditions such as organizational blocks, time mismanagement habits and that kind of thing.
I thought this was an interesting story, and how he could have just given up his dream of internet marketing, working a business from home, good results, and eventual financial comfort. Instead he gave himself a little time to feel, without judgment, and had a good outcome.

The Metaphysical Autoresponder Uses Code - Sometimes Encrypted
I don't mean html. Although the theme of my thoughts this past week has everything to do with the internet, and business. And our great successes.
Recently focusing on synchronicity, the output of thoughts that are about the outcome we want, and the various traditions and new schools of thought that are about US creating OUR lives as we wish, I found myself driving behind an SUV which had a license plate "I MK BLEV".
I have no way of knowing whther the driver was an author of fantasy stories, movies, or a metaphysical minister of some kind. I enjoyed seeing that idea refelcted back to me.
In the holographic mirror/reflection of the physical universe, we need to survive in many ways. Surviving, thriving, succeeding, flourishing, prospering, are most people's goals.
Start where you are and feel it. If you have a feeling of just surviving, not quite thriving, feel the best things about that. List them out loud. And then add to it a little. Okay, you are pretending, you are thriving now. What does that mean to you? Maybe your tedium and grunt work is a little more comfortable, because you are used to it and faster at it. Or, you've accepted it, so you have energy from your former resistance to put into your work, and your play.
Resistance means you just don't want it to be that way. It should not be. You can tell when you are resisting - you're tense, not liking to have to do it. That takes energy, it changes your biochemistry so that you are poisoning yourself with the wrong chemicals, and that perpetuates the resistance, because it actually messes your brain up and everything takes more effort.
Accepting just means that you know the tedium and grunt work is temporary and it's no big deal. When you get into the next stage you will have a new and different tedium, a little more complicated grunt work, but you get the prize of GREAT RESULTS! MONEY!.... And much personal fulfillment "I did that!".
Your thoughts, vibe, and the frequency at which you are transmitting into the Void, (Mind, Universal Field, Quantum Etheric Ocean, The Force) is your code. And you will get code back. Before you see the big results you are looking for, acknowledge the little ones. They matter. They are the signs.
It may just be seeing some of the things you want - material stuff. You are noticing the ads, peoplpe with your wished-for stuff, it'll stand out in the movies. You really notice it now. You don't have it yet. But you can look at it and go "oooohhh.... yeah I love that stuff. It's mine. I can just feel the texture of it, feel its weight, look at that glossy color". Or whatever, according to you.
It sure is better than worrying and resisting. And you get a lot of energy out of it, and it's "just thought". Hah.

Manifesting Success Is A Scientific Endeavor
I have spent considerable time studying the "create your own reality" gurus. The ones I mention in this article are not necessarily the best, as I think that different personalities
are comfortable with different energies. Duh-uh. The authors I mention in this article are simply the ones I am most familiar with.
The scientific aspect is well presented in Bruce Lipton's "The Biology of Belief". A cell biologist, Lipton's personal story of how the observation of a cell inspired him as a young boy, immediately engaged my interest in his book. His studies and research allowed him to OBSERVE that a person's beliefs influence their cells, their state of mind, and the physical outcome they experience.
Also "Your Body Is Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr. Candace Pert is also about research outcomes in the action of the body of neuropeptides.
If you are sceptical and of little faith, but want to generate more success and good results, give yourself a new start in positive attitude and working smarter, not harder, with one or both of these books.
Other authors in the same area are Deepak Chopra, Esther Hicks, tapes and CD's channeled through Darryl Anka ("Bashar" ) and many more. While seemingly Out There for some, they are talking about the same manifesting mechanism that Bruce Lipton and Candace Pert and others have researched and observed scientifically. Ernest Holmes author of "Science of Mind" talks about the same creativity, written decades ago.
So does the Bible - "as you believe"..... but I'm not an expert on that so I'll just mention that much. If you go for Christian inspiration there is no lack of that. I enjoy Joel Osteen's take on the scriptures - always inspiring.
I hope these thoughts stimulate some inspiring ones for you.

Using The Universal Autoresponder
I was driving to work today and did my out-loud list of good things in my life. I began to reflect on how often I feel content and positive (that means, without WORKING on it). Then I felt a little nervous - if I am content, what if I am forgetting something that needs to be improved, fixed, undone, re-created, initiated - oh my god!
The awareness dawned, that one of my basic premises has been, for many years, that if I feel okay, I must be forgetting or neglecting something, because there is ALWAYS more that must be taken care of. So it is not okay to feel okay - in fact, peace and contentment is the DANGER SIGNAL that something is being missed, perhaps with dire consequences. Well, sheeeesh!
What is your basic premise thought about your internet marketing business? To a newbie like me (or us, if you dear reader, are same) is occasionally encouraging, but mostly overwhelming. Especially if you, like me, do not have long periods of time at the computer, where you get a specific project done from start finish. It can make you crazy.
(Hats off to all the internet marketing moms with small kids at home!) Or dads!
If you do not have your approach organized, you can also waste time and money. Be sure to research for good forums, and check out all the ads you see for the best price hosting services. Also make sure the hosting company's software (most of them offer web-site building software) is compatible with your OS and preferred browser. Read a LOT.
But, back to your MOST AUTHENTIC THOUGHT about what you can achieve with your life, and if you can see, feel, and truly experience your desired outcome, right now so it feels REAL. This will hasten the response from the manifesting mechanisms of the Universal Autoresponder, at least in this sector.
I'm not trying to be cute. If you think this is all woo-woo-woo, take a look at Bruce Lipton's "The Biology of Belief". If you want a truly scientific take on how things happen in your life, you will like this. You can get into the driver's seat in your life as a creator, and still be scientific. I'm sure it's available in your local bookstores.
The universe is THE auto-responder, metaphysically. Whatever you believe and expect, you will get a response back validating that. Always. You are never ignored!
So start today thinking and expressing the thoughts that say "YES!" to your dreams. You'll get to feel it, see it, hear it, however you wish, till it feels REAL.
All the best, Dianne

Determined, Persistent, Creative, Resolute
I have made a new habit for 2007. This new good habit is something I used to do periodically, and now I do it daily.
As I drive to work I say to myself, out loud, "Today is a good day because......" and then I list every single big and little thing in my life that is good.
This tends to stimulate thoughts about things that "need fixing". They scroll by as I focus on the good stuff. But I notice them.
Then I choose a biggie, something that is really bothering me, and I Fast Forward (and I credit Esther Hicks with the usage of that phrase)and create the details of the scenario in the IS NOW version.
I don't visualize in the car, because I'm still driving (!) but I get into the feeling, the feeling of the outcome.
It sounds easy - and I get sidetracked into less productive thoughts. But I am determined to do this every day. Being persistent and resolute in this routine brings me to:
"I AM sovreign in every aspect of my life. I feel a deep contentment and ease, and an enthusiasm for my current projects. I have a happy expectancy that there is always more good."
That is the jist of the outcome and its feelings, for me.
Do one for yourself if you like, and get into the frequency and feeling of it. Practise removing your focus from disturbing events and melodrama. Over and over, because there will always be those things for someone somewhere.
I don't mean give up compassion. That is different. Melodrama is sticky, sometimes you have to peel yourself off the magnetism of it, and just float away a little with a very deep breath.
Whatever the good is, there is always more.
Back soon, Dianne
As I drive to work I say to myself, out loud, "Today is a good day because......" and then I list every single big and little thing in my life that is good.
This tends to stimulate thoughts about things that "need fixing". They scroll by as I focus on the good stuff. But I notice them.

Your Default State of Mind, In Business and In Life
What is your default state of mind? Where does your mind go when it is not directed by an outside force? What program starts running if you don't decide?
I think that's a good point to be aware of. Since we create with our thoughts and associated feelings (or vice versa depending which is the chicken and which is the egg) it is extremely important that we know which tape is running in our head, most often, if we have not directed our thoughts.
Not that we have to pay much attention to it once we become aware. At least, the sooner we can move on to a CHOSEN line of thought, associated with our desired results, the better.
That is, if we know what we want. My experience is, whenever I think I know what I want, or am hearing from another what he/she knows what he/she wants, in any communication, another detail or few gets realized or re-clarified. So communication is good.
I have also discovered lately that the act of speaking out loud to oneself, if one has no one else at the time to speak to, is more creative than thinking. It links the hemispheres of the brain and that's supposed to be a good thing.
So if you have goals and dreams related to prosperity and success in business, do a periodic review of what your default state of mind is.
Are you still enthusiastic? Can you still feel that first feeling of interest you had when you thought "Wow, I could DO this!" If not, recall that feeling right now. Let it get big.
Let it take over! All your logic, study items, lists of things to do and things you need to learn about will all be there in a while. Jump up and down a little. Metabolize at the rate of your enthusiasm. Your body will know you mean it and be able to feed it back to you better, with the right brain chemicals to re-create that enthusiasm again.
Just noticing, just feeling what you're feeling, giving yourself a moment of your time, will feed your intention to succeed. And it may save you a lot of time, money, energy and wear-and-tear on your health. Because taking a moment for that means taking a moment to feed your dreams - your life!
I had a wonderful PEACEFUL weekend in the country. It reminded me of why I am working so hard! The pipes froze and we had no running water and we didn't care.....
Here's to a great week for all.

Persisting Through Tedium to Success
A little story of the one time I accidentally turned on my positive self talk anxiety.
I remember when I was in my last year of dance training. I had a very exasperating day in class. In fact, I kind of snapped. Somewhere in the middle of a pirouette I decided. "Well, that's it. I'm definitely quitting." I just threw myself through the rest of class, not caring whether it was sloppy or not. It no longer mattered.
My very smart teacher, Nancy Kilgour, knew exactly where I was at. She came up to me after class and said "That is the best class I've seen you do. You really let go and everything looked easy and flowing."
I was shocked. I was ANGRY. I told her I was quitting and I could no longer care enough to struggle and work, with what felt like no reward at all. She said "But if you hadn't have done the years of tedious repetition, the thousands of plies and jetes, the slogging, daily, over-and-over- again WORK, you couldn't throw yourself around in class for an hour and a half and look so good. You could not have that result." Wow.....
So I danced for years.... and the daily grind led to some very good results. The tedium paid off.
So the Tedium is the Medium. That's goofy, but sometimes slogans are needed.
I am leaving the tedium for a weekend in the country..... well earned, I feel. And back to the same-old Sunday evening!
So have a great weekend, be grateful for every moment, especially the tedious ones that lead to the wonderful contrast of the reward.
I recommend a wonderful system of EFT Tapping that shows you how to develop your own positive self talk - decreasing anxiety!

An Aide To Success

Do You Have Business Goals for 2007 Too?
You can check it out at this link - http://linkbrander.com/go/28408
