How To Avoid Losing A Positive Attitude

It's understandable that your goals for focusing on a healthy motivation for staying positive nowadays may only trigger a feelings of anxiety and helplessness. If your conscious attitude for staying in tune with your visions of success is not working so well, or maybe you are fearing failure, try some easy mind reprogramming.

Understanding that you get what you think about can be scary. While watching a stock report on television, how can you be focusing on your goals for success? It only takes a few minutes of viewing all the disasters in the world before you start feeling anxiety and helplessness. Stop!

One way you can improve the situation faster is to focus on today. Only today. Whether you are reading this at 11:55 pm or 6:00 am, start right now.

Deliberate creation always starts right now. There is no other moment.

Take a long deep breath. Focus on your conscious attitude. However you phrase it to yourself. Go with the flow, paddle downstream, don't push the river, there are many famous slogans you might like. Or something more personalized, scripture based, whatever has been working for you.

What are some daily successes you may experience that you do not really acknowledge?

*** I actually felt relaxed for a few minutes.
*** I really enjoyed that quiet dinner with ____.
*** I love playing the goof with my 4 year old.
*** I escaped listening to my favorite music - whew.
*** The common household tasks created a little harmony and satisfaction for me.

Sometimes experiences like the above list create guilt. Like it's cheating to feel good when the state of the world is Quantum Catastrophe, a horror movie scenario. Guilt! What a concept! Shake it off and move on.

Your time and place of personal power is only ever right here right now. This is when you manifest a miracle. If you're thinking about creating a miracle you're not thinking about the black hole of corrupt banking policies or one man's Ponzi scheme. You are deliberately making good choices right now.

You have miraculous moments every day. Maybe they are too fleeting, so reflect on them. When you have a five minute break, go over the last two hours. What were the best moments? Pick one and savor it a little.

Think about this factor - the professional media environment knows how to get your attention (usually through inspiring fear or terror). How do YOU get your attention back? You MUST have a plan.

Avoid losing the positive attitude you've probably worked long and hard for. Staying positive and enjoying your attitude of healthy motivation, successes and goals, takes moments a day.

Turn on your Success Switch right now!

Let Your Manifesting Miracles Simmer in Delicious Anticipation

If you are practicing deliberate creation, you are reviewing all your lists, appreciation lists, gratitude lists, improvement lists, and so on. Right now especially, continue to let those reality creations simmer so you can keep up that delicious anticipation.

You are committed to change your life direction. You know that like attracts like and that The Law of Attraction always works, no matter what.

Getting pulled into the whirlpool of human drama - especially banking drama - and almost drowning, means you are now attracting outcomes that are not on any of your cherished lists.

Things change, and change again. The external world keeps shifting, like scenery rolling by. You can attract the scenery you want. Doing smart things with your money right now, being prudent about spending and budgeting well does not mean you have to vibrate any differently.

If the evening news gives you a nervous stomach, do not watch it. The fear-mongering attached to the global banking irresponsibility is as shameless as the financial practices that led to the credit freeze.

You are still on the part of the planet where the stomachs are half full, as opposed to the part where people would be celebrating if their stomachs were only half empty.

Get back to your Law of Attraction processes, meditations or other positive productive activities and keep simmering the delicious anticipation of your creativity.

Can't feel it right now?

Ask your kids what their dream vacation would be, and listen closely. Tune in to their reality creation. Enjoy it. Get them to write it down, or write it yourself, in a journal for them and tell them to put it in a special place.

Just say "W_A_L_K" in front of your dog and tune in to its delight.

Stay on track and you will continue to experience the miracles now, as you vibrate with them. To manifest a miracle is not out of your reach.

Avoid Confusion in Self-Improvement

 Change Your Life Direction

Self-improvement is considered to be a good thing. We can evolve, we are optimistic, we are humble, we can be and do better. The inner critic can really thrive on this if it is not modified by focused intention on our goals, in reference to what we want rather than what we don't want. To change your life direction and avoid confusion, define things for yourself and don't get caught up in dumbed-down re-education systems that capture your focus with slogans and catch phrases.

In striving for self-improvement, remaining independent and being able to ask for help when needed, is a balance worth aiming for.

There are many social fitness gurus and organization systems that demand an amazing degree of adaptation to lifestyle changes that take you out of the social mainstream, rather than successfully further into it.

In addition to that, many systems strongly enforce bringing others into them. After your journey into self-improvement, you may be too busy to apply anything to your life. You are encouraged to actually give up your life to share the system full time. "Sharing" has become a word that makes the hair on my neck stand up. Groups really want you to hard sell.

Emotional and intellectual support is expected by the (often anxious) self-improver. A new vision is hoped for, that replaces confusion with clarity, insecurity with confidence, and jumbled bits of philosophy heard about on the tv talk shows, with certainty.

An involvement in study scheduled more than a couple of evenings a week, roughly a semester long, should be considered with discernment. Study days that don't allow for proper meals and sleep are obviously aimed at creating a weaker frame of mind in the participants. For whose benefit would that be? Needing proper nutrition and refreshing movement may be presented as needs that prove you are not truly focused on self-improvement. You allow physical functions to distract you, as a way out of facing up to your miserable deficiencies. What is wrong with you?

This is gourmet inner critic fodder. Yum.

Actually having a life and wanting to maintain it, during an extensive re-education program may be met with criticism of your lack of commitment. Commitment to what? And for whose benefit?

The one-size-fits -all transformation process is really one-size-fits-no one. If you are an individual, what system of any kind can possibly apply to you?

Using The Law of Attraction requires time with yourself, not all that much. It does requires some daily routines that help you to remember and recreate the good feeling of your desired outcome.

If you use a system that requires or encourages self criticism or criticism from others in order to "break" your old patterns of thinking, then it would follow that you require getting put back together again. There is usually a blueprint presented for that, not your own.

Avoid confusion. Change your life direction. Use your choice of meditation, contemplation, yoga, exercise, music, drawing, whatever helps you achieve a focused intention that helps you clarify your goals. Your goals, not someone else's. Use the simple Success Switch.

Be Solution Oriented With The Law of Attraction

The intention of education in our culture is to learn to be solution oriented. yet this puts our focus on problems. So how do you turn on your Success Switch?

Why do I say that? Well look around and what do I see?

Millions of internet searches a day for anything related to riches, inner peace, and The Law of Attraction. Best-sellers related to a zillion aspects of fullfillment.

Well, any tv ad will tell you what you lack, right now. It is a form of hypnosis.

Aside from that, if we have attracted what we got, and it isn't what we want.....we all know now, we have to change our focus.

So it seems like we have done the opposite for a long time - did we become problem focused so we could excel in solving problems? We didn't separate the academic side of this with the "real life" version. We were rewarded in many ways for being problem solvers. That kind of includes perpetuating problems. We did the opposite of what we needed to do to fulfill our dreams.

Not everyone, of course. But there are those million searches, million best-sellers. To get our solution-focus from someone else.

We don't need to be perfect. We just need to be solution oriented, appreciate ourselves for doing so, and so engage with the Law of Attraction as much as we can.

All the best!

7 Highly Effective Habits for Stress Releasing

Updated June 2016

7 highly effective habits of stress releasing are outlined below. You as an individual can consider them and customize them to your own daily regimens.

If your goal is to improve your career, succeed at putting money in the bank, feel happier, and effectively use The Law of Attraction, this article may help you organize yourself and become more efficient emotionally and mentally.

These 7 effective habits will attract the life you want, by you having your mind power work FOR you instead of against you.

The Money Beyond Belief   Brad Yates tapping materials really cut to the chase. Stated simply, you have two feelings - you may feel good and you may feel bad. There many feelings in between good and bad, or happy and sad.

So let's get to work getting rid of those negative emotions and moving ypou on over to the positive ones!

Dr. Joseph Mercola validates Emotional Freedom Technique tapping, and cites studies:  http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/12/26/emotional-freedom-technique.aspx

"There are a number of recent studies that show positive effects of EFT in depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and food cravings." -

Serina Deen, M.D., MPH Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, University of California, San Francisco

http://www.eft2heal.com/eft-scientific-evidence.shtml authored by San Diego Therapist Susannah Muller reveals even more information confirming the therapeutic use of the tapping method.

Sad or uplifted - 2 different vibrations, each attracting more of the same. If you have stressful thoughts that cascade like a runaway train, you need a method to switch tracks.

Number 1: Learn the simple EFT tapping pattern around your face and upper body. The sooner you employ this, the less stress chemicals will be flooding your bloodstream and brain, and the faster you'll recover your good feelings.

Number 2: Make a list in a journal or on your electronic device of the feelings, triggers, moods, and habits you would like to change, particularly in relation to money. Note also that issues about money are related to:

  • Your general feeling of well being, or lack of
  • Your level of pessimism vs optimism
  • Your physical energy
  • Your sex drive
  • How well you sleep vs insomnia
  • How well you adapt to change or new challenges
You will re-program your mind set as I explain more in "Is Life Is A Computer?"

Number 3: Write the primary feeling that you are aware of that spoils your optimism, onto an index card so you can carry it with you.

Number 4: Get a plan for first thing in the morning. You can decide exactly when you will tap after you get up. Or, before you get up.

This tapping technique is more than a focusing tool to get your mind off your early stressful thoughts. The practice of EFT gradually affects your nervous system and your responses to life events. Tap for a few minutes every morning, to make it a habit.

Number 5: Develop the scenario of your desired outcome in life. Be it home, partner, finances, get the overall picture and express it to yourself, emphasizing how it feels deep inside.

Maybe at first you'll be just imagining that, or feel like you're faking it. Don't worry, and don't force it. Just note to yourself that it's a good feeling to have.

You may be surprised to feel a surge of good feelings out of the blue once you start tapping regularly. Your cup is filling up...

Number 6:  Find one or two times during the day when you can repeat your tapping routine. Even if a wash room stall is the only place you have, take advantage of a minute or two for a tap.

Number 7: Journaling is a great way to reinforce your progress. Even sparse notes are valuable, when you look back a year later and realize "wow - that's so ancient history!"

Number 7A: I'm just going to sneak this in here. Exercise! We are made to move and stress ourselves a little physically, every day.

You know you can't park your car for a few months without something needing a tune up. What about your body?

If you have physical problems, consult your doctor. If you're out of shape start with something gentle that you enjoy. Begin with a little of whatever makes you feel good - walking, yoga, weight resistance.

Biochemically, exercise is necessary to release endorphins, your feel-good chemicals. Not to mention the cascade of other healthy cellular events exercise triggers.

Money Beyond Belief training offers a unique streamlined approach. It has been popular for years and I continue to recommend it. Don't wait to check it out!
